I became a Tutor Doctor franchisee because I truly enjoy helping people and wanted to make a difference in the lives of students and families. As a parent of school-aged children, I understand how important it is to support learning while also building confidence. I take great pride in getting to know the needs of each student, working closely with parents, and finding the right tutor to provide that support.

Tutoring has been part of my life in different ways. As a high school student, I was tutored myself and found it extremely beneficial. Later, while studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney, I worked as a tutor and discovered how rewarding it is to help others learn. Having experienced both sides of tutoring, I know firsthand the powerful impact a good tutor can have on a student’s confidence and success.

One of my greatest joys is hearing feedback from parents that their child is not only improving their marks but also enjoying their tutoring sessions and becoming more confident and engaged at school. I put a lot of effort into both my tutor recruitment process and my tutor matching process. By carefully understanding each student’s needs, personality, and goals, I can match them with a tutor who is best suited to support their academic growth and confidence.
