My goal has always been to make a positive impact in other people’s lives, to help students find their way through the academic journey and to provide parents with the support they need along the way. Hearing stories of student successes, the challenges they have overcome, and the “aha” moments when a concept finally clicks, is what makes this work so rewarding.

Before starting this business, I spent 20 years working in finance at home and abroad. This experience of working with people of diverse ages and backgrounds has provided a strong foundation for successfully running a tutoring business. Being a parent myself has also shaped how I relate to families, helping me to better understand their circumstances and how to support them most effectively.

For more than 11 years, we have been proud to serve the Sydney North Shore with a personalised and caring approach. The longevity of our business is built on strong relationships with families and tutors, many of whom stay with us for years. It is especially rewarding when former families return to us for help with another sibling, as this validates both the quality of our tutors and the level of personal service we provide.

What truly sets our approach apart is the time and effort we put into understanding each student as a whole person. We look beyond academics to learn about their interests and personality so that we can carefully match them with the right tutor, someone who “gets them.” This personalised process allows us to provide tutoring that is not only effective but also builds confidence and long-term success.
